Yes. It is really simple to pick an order up in-store (just be sure it is available): 

 Add the product to the cart and before confirming the purchase select the "Pick up" delivery method (1) and then choose the pickup location you prefer the most (2):

 In-store pickup is only available in participating Italian shops.
